2562345 - DB6: DBT2103N Directory does not exist during System Rename using SWPM

Symptom

You perform System Rename using Software Provisioning Manager (SWPM).
Source Database ID (DBSID) is XXX.Target Database ID (DBSID) is YYY.

System Rename fails with following error:
An error occurred while processing option System Rename ...(Last error reported by the step: ERROR, returncode of /db2/db2yyy/db2_software/bin/db2relocatedb is 1).

sapinst_dev.log:

Execution of the command "/db2/db2yyy/db2_software/bin/db2relocatedb -f /tmp/sapinst_instdir/.../relocateDB.scr" finished with return code 1.
Output: DBT2103N  Directory "/db2/XXX/log_dir/" does not exist...ERROR, returncode of  /db2/db2yyy/db2_software/bin/db2relocatedb is 1.

relocateDB.scr:

INSTANCE=db2xxx,db2yyy
DB_NAME=XXX,YYY
NODENUM=0
LOG_DIR=/db2/YYY/log_dir/,/db2/XXX/log_dir/
