The External Links added to Collections are not showing the image or thumbnails

SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Cause
The Image needs to be added to the external link itself, it is not generated from the site.
Resolution
- Learning Administration > Learning Activities > External Links
- Search for the external link and edit
- Upload the image
- Apply changes
