Symptom

  • A Process chain stops and stays in yellow status. Background job 'BI_PROCESS_*' has status 'CANCELED'.
  • Long gap between process types which are connected with connector 'ALWAYS' or 'RED' and background job 'BI_PROCESS_*' has status 'CANCELED'.
