Symptom

  • First installation of PowerAMC 16.5.0 or PowerDesigner 16.5.0 as an un-served license.
  • The generated license is un-served Floating.
  • The package is PD_EARS.
  • An error is returned on the license server page:

"The license is not valid. Verify that the server is running. Do you want to continue the setup?"

  • PD16_Sysam.log contains:

"VerifyLicense"
