2563331 - Repository locked - MDM Console freezes - GetRepositoryFile

Symptom

  • MDM Console freezes after clicking on Repository Reports (Repository --> Admin --> Reports).
  • The repository can be unavailable for other activities, too.
  • In MDM Console -> Activities tab or running MDS Clix Monitor provides the following entries:

2019.01.09 12:12:07 GMT, 3342, R, <Repository_User>, MDSAdmin, GetRepositoryFile, S S - - , 0, 4232488, 11:01:34 GMT, MDM Console, <repository name> <host>

  • In the MDM Console inside the Repository only the followings are displayed:
    • Tuple
    • Admin
