Why is there a difference between Recruiting Posting job board credits counter and job boards?

The Recruiting Posting credit/slot counters could be set up for all charged job boards and help to manage the job boards’ credits and slots consumption. Please note that there is no real-time sync between the information on the job board and Recruiting Posting system.

Main reasons of discrepancies between Recruiting Posting credits counter and job boards:

• The counter was initially populated with the wrong information (credits/slots)
• The contract has expired, but the information was not communicated
• Credits have been consumed by the direct posting on the job board
• A new package has been recently purchased, but the information was not communicated
• The job was filtered by the job board, however, the credit has been deducted from the counter
• Job board doesn't count credit when reposting an already posted job.

All of these reasons are potential explanations but there is no possibility for SAP Support to confirm the actual reason if there is a discrepancy as our system count a credit each time you post a job to a job board.
