2563664 - Error IO 231 in Stock Transport Order with Special Stock Q (Project Stock) for Brazil Localization

Consider the following scenario:

• You are creating a Stock Transport Order (STO) scenario for Brazil Localization using movement types 862 (for Goods Issue) and 861 (for Goods Receipt)
• You are creating this scenario using Special Stock Q (Project Stock) according to SAP Note 1640802 - Stock Transport Order between project stocks
• You are using Serial Number in this scenario

When trying to post the Goods Issue with movement type 862 or post the Goods Receipt with the movement type 861, it is appearing the error message IO 231 (Stock data of serial number not suitable for movement).
