2563683 - Report Filters showing values that users do not have permission - Advanced Reporting

• In the List Report Filter the "Report values" tab is showing values that users do not have permission see in some Advanced Reporting reports
• In other Advanced Reporting reports this behavior is not happening and the permission to see the report values are correct

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Open an Advanced Reporting report
2. In the runtime filter select one column to filter, such as Location
3. Select Location again on left side
4. Select Report Values
5. The user can see location values that he does not have permission

The Date Option of the report is not in Current Date. Therefore, the records are showing historic values of the Location. For example, if the Date option of the report is Current Year and one employee has changed his Location during the current year, the report will display the previous and the current Location. When the user running the report opens the filter panel, he will see previous and current Location because the target population is setup to get the same employee.

This is an expected behavior. The target population is setup to get the employee's Location, and as the report is showing more than one Location for the same employee (due to date options), the filter panel will give permission to see all the locations of this employee.
