2563731 - Permission for Pay Component Fields - Employee Central

Customer created custom fields for payComponentRecurring or payComponentNonRecurring but they are not appearing in the role in order to grant the permission.

1.  Go to Admin Center
2.  Search for Manage Business Configuration
3.  Select payComponentRecurring and enable a new custom field, for instance:

     4. Go to Manage Permission Roles, try to search for that field. It is not appearing

This is an expected behavior. 

We cannot control the field's visibility or edition in the Pay Component section under Compensation information.

There is no possible workaround to this scenario. If you consider this as an important change you can submit an Enhancement Request in Community page.
