2563785 - RFC outbound/inbound scheduler doesn't work even resource is enough

Symptom

  • RFC's scheduler(SMQS,SMQR) stays in Waiting status all the time.
  • tRFC or qRFC calls are not processed.
  • Entries in SM58 are not getting processing, which makes Idoc stuck.
  • SMQ1/SMQ2 queues are not automatically scheduled
