2564011 - Variable Pay : Unwanted Columns Appearing in Executive review export

Symptom

While exporting form from Executive Review some unwanted columns like Guarantee Code, Guarantee Amount,Payout Percent & Note are getting exported which are not a part of Variable pay Form.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • SAP Successfactors Variable Pay

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login as Admin
  2. Go to compensation > Executive review.
  3. Open the template > Export.
  4. Observe that columns like Guarantee Code, Guarantee Amount, Payout Percent, Bonus Program Name, Form Name, CURRENTLY WITH, USERID, Manager- USERID, Manager- Username, Manager_First Name, Manager_Last Name, Employee Local Currency, Comment for performancePercent, Guarantee Code, Guarantee Amount, Payout Percent & Note are exported which are not configured to appear in the form.

Cause

This is expected behavior and by Design of the product. Those are fixed standard fields in Executive Review Export. Payout Percent field is the value of 'Percent of Tgt'. Note field will show the comments of the employees.

Resolution

This is expected Behavior and columns in executive review report are not available for customization. Please Submit this an idea on customer community if you would like to have feature to customize the columns by following the steps in this article.

Note:

  • Fileld Payout Percent is calculated with formula: Payout percent = finalPayout/assignmentTargetAmountTotal (Payout percent = Final payout/Total target amount).
