2564101 - 'Export all Contacts to New Target Group' Does not Include All Contacts

You are viewing the report Account Contact Data and you would like to create a target group from all contacts listed in the report results. You click the Account and use the option Export all Contacts to New Target Group. However, the new target group does not contain all the contacts. It shows all Accounts with their main contacts, which is the same result as using the option Export all Accounts to New Target Group.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Analysis work center, view Reports.
2. Open and start the report Account Contact Data.
3. Click the Account.
4. Click Export all Contacts to New Target Group.
5. The new window shows the new target group. Go to the tab Members. 

Not all contacts visible in the report are listed here.

Another report characteristic has to be used to export contacts to a target group.

1. In the report, go to the tab Available Fields.
2. Add the field Contact ID for Target Group to the report view.
3. Click one of the contacts listed in this new field.
4. Click Export all Contacts to New Target Group.

The newly created target group will now contain all contacts from the report result.

The option Export all Contacts to New Target Group when clicking on Accounts is redundant and will be removed in a future release.
