2564219 - WebGUI File Browser icon buttons "Show Disc Space" and "Increase Disc Space"

Symptom

When using "WebGUI File Browser" for Upload and Download with the WEBGUI service the buttons "Show Disc Space" & "Increase Disc Space" are visible with Google Chrome, but not IE 11, Edge, Safari or Firefox.

Environment

This occurs in any Webgui environment that uses "WebGUI File Browser" for Upload and Download.
