2564272 - Runtime Error at Project Management Templates / Projects

Symptom

A dump occurs when calling "Project Management Templates" under "Portfolio and Project Administration" or "Projects" under "Project Management":

500 SAP Internal Server Error
ERROR: The class could not be found during the dynamic method call. (termination: RABAX_STATE)

In the backend the dump refers to DYN_CALL_METH_CLASS_NOT_FOUND.
