Symptom

Using SAP Business Client (also known as NWBC for Desktop) user receives the following popup when an SAP GUI Transaction will be opened on REMOTE servers:
SAP GUI for Windows cannot be started, therefore SAP Business Client falls back to SAP GUI for HTML.
