Symptom
- Presence Profile for some agents showing Profile Name as "Undefined" in the Agent Work Done reports
- In addition, the "Agent Statistics" view in the OM displays empty entries (although agents are logged on with a presence profile like "Available" in CDT)
- The problem is random
