Symptom

  • When selecting data in transaction /SAPTRX/EM_START, the system does not return data if you do not include leading zeroes in the selection criteria
  • When selecting data in the event management web UI, the system does not return any records if you do not include leading zeroes in the selection criteria
  • The event management web UI (transaction /SAPTRX/EM_START) returns with error "No suitable entries were found; redefine your search criteria" when you do not include leading zeroes
