2564339 - UI Theme Designer fails with sap.file.common.MultiFileException:MultiFileException

• You are attempting to rebuild or build a custom theme using the UI Theme Designer 
• The Theme Build will fail with an error similar to the below:
  "sap.file.common.MultiFileException:MultiFileException containing exceptions:
  sap.file.common.HttpRequestException:Failed requesting "http://<host>:<port>/irj/servlet/prt/prtrw/prtroot/com.sap.portal.theming.webdav.themeswebdavlistener.ThemesWebDavListener/Base/baseLib/<theme-id>/<file-name>.less".
  while asynchronously requesting "http://<host>:<port>/irj/servlet/prt/prtrw/prtroot/com.sap.portal.theming.webdav.themeswebdavlistener.ThemesWebDavListener/Base/baseLib/<theme-id>/<file-name>.less"
  with method "PUT"
  resulting in status code "500""
  
• Checking the developer/default trace files you see an error:
  "Error: Failed to get semantic object version for theme id: <theme-id>
