2564344 - Button "Project" isn´t available in the Portfolio Item

Symptom

The button "Project" isn´t displayed in the Header of the Portfolio Item - although the Project Management Project is linked to the Item and is available on tab "Relationships > Related Objects".
The field "Project Management Template" (CPROJECTTEMPLATE) and the checkbox "Create Project on Saving" (AUTO_CPROJECT) are still displayed in the Item.
