Symptom

When you upgrade the Support Package for the Tax Declaration Framework for Brazil (Add-on TMFLOCBR) using transaction SPAM, the process terminates with errors. The failure typically occurs during the "HANA Repository" or "DDIC Activation" phases.

An example of an error message you might see is:
Activation cancelled. The object set for activation remains the same.
