2564561 - TDF SPAM returns errors for upgrade

Symptom

You are upgrading the Support Package of the TMFLOCBR AddOn, when doing the SPAM there are errors with the HANA Repository step or DDIC Activation.

An example of this behavior is the below message:

"Activation cancelled. The object set for activation remains the same."
