2564633 - Issue with Password Reset on Recruiting Career Site

Candidates are not able to reset their passwords on the External Career Site.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Access the external career site and go to the candidate login page.
2. Click the forgot password link and enter the email address.
3. Once you receive the email, click the link to reset your password.
4. The links takes you to a page where you have to enter your email address and not to the reset password page.

The [[CAREER_SITE_URL]] token is used in the "Career Site Password Reset for external candidates" email. [[LOGIN_URL]] is the token that should be used.

Please delete the token [[CAREER_SITE_URL]] from the email template and use [[LOGIN_URL]] instead:

1. Go to "Recruiting Email Triggers" and check the email template associated with the trigger "Career Site Password Reset for external candidates"
2. Go to "Manage Recruiting Email Template"
3. Open the email template associated with the trigger "Career Site Password Reset for external candidates"
4. Configure the right token as shown in the screenshot below:
