2565260 - LMS - Cannot Add an Item to Record Learning - Multiple

Item cannot be added in the Record Learning - Multiple Tool. There is no Selection box to select the Item. See screenshot below:

1. Go to Users

2. Go to Tools

3. Go to Record Learning - Multiple

4. Searach for the Item. Notice that there is no "Selection checkbox" for the Item. See sample screenshot above (Symptom section)

The Item was not set to "Production Ready" when it was revised. When you revise an Item, you will be asked if you want to make your Item "Production Ready" on Step 3 of the process. See sample screenshot below:

You will notice that if an Item is not Production Ready, there will be a button on the Item Level >> Action pane called "Productionize". If you click on Productionize, the Item will be Production Ready and you should be able to select that item in the Record Learning Tool.

 

On the Item Level >> Action pane, click on "Productionize" to make the Item Production Ready. You should now be able to select that item in the Record Learning Tool.
