Buying Center data was not merged from Duplicate customer to Surviving customer.

SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Data Cleansing work center.
2. Go to Customer Merger work center view.
3. Merge two customers.

You found Buying Center Data was not Merged from Duplicate Customer to Surviving Customer.

This is a standard system behavior which is not supported by our system.

We currently support two models of buying center , one uses business partner relationship and one that does not use business partner relationships.
We do not handle the buying center model without Business Partner relationship during the merge process. This is the reason why you could not merge Buying Center.

We are in the process of evaluating the deprecation of buying center (without Business Partner relationship) and have only one buying center model
based on Business Partner relationship .
