2565383 - DBSQL_TABLE_UNKNOWN dumps occur on DDL SQL Views after installation or upgrade

Symptom

Following dump occurs on DDL SQL Views after an installation or system update/upgrade. For example:

Category   Installation error
Runtime Errors  DBSQL_TABLE_UNKNOWN
Date and Time DD.MM.YYYY hh:mm:ss
Short Text
    Table is unknown or does not exist. 
Error analysis
     In an SAP Open SQL statement, a table is specified that either does not exist on the database, or that is not known to the ABAP Data Dictionary. This is table NSDM_V_MARC_DIFF", or another table which the statement wants to access. The database has returned SQL code "SQL code: 259" with the error text "SQL message: invalid table name:  Could not find table/view NSDM_V_MARC_DIFF in schema XXXXXX: line x col xx (at pos xx)".
