Are custom fields supported in Name Format?

Successfactors - Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Add a custom string in the Personal Information portel via Manage Business Configuration
  2. Give the RBP permission to the field
  3. Navigate to Manage data -> Name Format
  4. Custom Field is not appearing in the Name elements dropdown.

Resolution

Currently custom fields are not supported in Name format.
