2565654 - VALUE_HELP_SETTINGS - What is possible, what is out of scope ?

The correspondent business scenario, from the technical point of view, requires a Lumira Designer Application to be built. A powerful technical component VALUE_HELP_SETTINGS is also used, to benefit from its additional customization possibilities (Member Presentation Sorting, ...), which can be applied mostly on the Value Help (Selection screen) of the Dimensions and Measure Dimensions.

However in some cases, it seems that VALUE_HELP_SETTINGS does not work as expected:

• When the Selection Screen of the correspondent Dimension is called (Context menu -> Filter Members), for example, from a Navigation Panel, or a Crosstab, it seems that the VALUE_HELP_SETTINGS's configuration is ignored  
• In some certain cases, VALUE_HELP_SETTINGS can be even more powerful, than its name indicates. For example, the Dimensions Sort Order in the Navigation Panel seems to be influenced by the VALUE_HELP_SETTINGS's 'Runtime Sort Order' option, even if no Value Help is in the picture. At the same time it seems that the Measures are not sorted by the same option.
