The correspondent business scenario, from the technical point of view, requires a Design Studio/Lumira Designer Application to be built with component Spreadsheet.
The Query definition could contain numerous Dimensions which hold the Master data.
Because of the possibly limited size of the Spreadsheet item, it may be required to to perform scrolling action, to see all the Dimensions, or the Measure block which holds the actual Data.
Even if the Scrollbar reaches either of the edges, the Measure section is still not visible, it seems that the scrolling does not consider the Dimension blocks.
