Symptom
When accessing People Profile and selecting Compensation statements, you are unable to see the headers above the statement which has been generated.
**Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental**
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile
Reproducing the Issue
In People profile> Compensation Statements the headers “Names” and “Created At” are not being displayed above the generated statement.
The following is an example.
The only way to see these two headers within the portlet would be to highlight and drag your courser over where these should be displaying.
Please note: This same issue may also affect other portlets in the People Profile.
Cause
This is being caused by conflicting colours within the theme. For example white font on a white background.
Resolution
This can be resolved by using the Theme Manager feature as follows.
1. In order to update and configure the Theme navigate to Admin Center> Company Settings> Theme Manager
2. From this page select your Theme and go to Fine Tune> Tables> Header text color. This is the section which needs to be updated to a different colour.
3. In the below example we have updated this sections text from white to be purple via the colour selector.
4. If you now logout/login after saving your changes to refresh the current Theme you have edited, you will see these headers will now be visible within People Profile> Compensation Statements.
