You are migrating a Bill of Operation and in the XML template you have put an Operation of type Inspection. The BoO is created successfully, but the Inspection Operation is missing.
Reproducing the Issue
- Select Business Configuration work center.
- Choose Overview view.
- Search and Open activity of Migration of Bills of Operations.
- Click Migrate bills of operations using the migration tool.
- Select the respective migration unit and click Execute Migration.
The migration is Finished without any error and the BoO is created. However, when you open the BoO migrated, the operation of the inspection is missing.
Cause
ByD does not allow you to migrate any operation of type Make, hence you cannot have an operation of type Inspection.
Resolution
The system is working as designed in this case, as it is not supported migrating operation of type Inspection.
