2565968 - WIPS crashes when refreshing webi report with multiple data providers in 4.2 SP 4

Symptom

  • Refreshing webi report with multiple data provifders causes WIPS to fail and restart
  • Following errors occur in the Webi report:
    • "An internal error occurred while calling 'processDPCommandsEx' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270) (Error: INF )" 
    • "BI launch pad cannot connect to the server. Close the report panel and try to connect again or see your BusinessObjects administrator.
