2566012 - Error Configuration XML likely did not reach the agent shown in System Monitoring running check data collection

• The monitoring metrics which are collected by the Diagnostics Agents are gray in the Solution Manager system. The e2email.log of the Diagnostics Agents show the following error when calling the E2E_DPC_PUSH service to send the metrics to the Solman system: "Unsupported Content-Type: text/html Supported ones are: [application/soap+xml]"

• When doing a "Check Data Collection" System Monitoring for a gray metric, the following error is displayed: "Configuration XML likely did not reach the agent".

NOTE: The error above also has to be reported in the e2emai logs of the Diagnostic agent assigned
