How do I filter on a range using the URL API in SAP Analytics Cloud (formerly known as SAP BusinessObjects Cloud / BOC)?

1. Create an application using the SAP Analytics Cloud URL API
2. Notice that you can use Member ID in f<XX>Val but not Range

This functionality is not yet implemented.
