2566019 - Delete button does not work in SF-182 External request form

Symptom

Upon attempting to use the Delete radio button to remove an External Request form, it does not work.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access LMS User side
  2. Create a new external request

  1. Access Learning Administration and search for the user that created the external request
  2. Proceed to the user record->External Requests->Choose 'Edit Request'

  1. Notice that the radio buttons are disabled

Cause

The form was designed based on the US Government SF-182 paper based form. To keep consistency, the radio buttons are left.

Resolution

Rather than deleting the request, the request can be withdrawn.

  1. On the user record go to the External Requests section
  2. Choose the 'Withdraw Request'
