2566024 - It is not possible to upload files into the Enterprise Portal

The issue can present itself in different ways, such as:

1. Within the Web Resource Repository -
   
   Navigate to Content Administration -> Web Resource Repository
   Right-click on the desired folder and choose Upload Resources
   Browse to and select the resource to upload
   Click on 'Add to Upload Table'
   The file name disappears from the input field
   A message appears saying 'Use the "Browse" button to select a resource to upload
   
   
   
   
2. In the PAR Migration Tool -
   
   Navigate to System Administration -> Support -> PAR Migration Tool
   Browse to and select the file (PAR, SDA or SCA)
   Choose Upload
   The input field containing the file name and path reverts to empty and the upload has not taken place
