2566628 - Resource authentication fails in SCC with error "Security error for 'xxx' (SCC login sccadmin) Connection refused..." - SAP ASE

• Login SCC and go to "Perspective Resources" -> "Resource" -> "Authenticate". Input a valid "ASE Username" and "ASE Password", click OK, then the error below displays.

Security error for 'xxx' (SCC login sccadmin) Connection refused. Please verify if the host name and port number specified in the Connection Profile information is correct and the server is running.

• Try connecting to ASE via other tools, e.g. isql and etc, using the username/password above, however the connection can be established successfully.
• Check the agent.log of SCC, but do not see any message printed.
