2566681 - Peer sent alert: Alert Fatal: insufficient security in AS2 receiver adapter

You try to connect to a secure HTTPS endpoint with your AS2 receiver adapter. The secure endpoint requires TLSv1.2. The AS2 receiver adapter is not able to establish a connection. In the Message Monitor you can see the following entry:

com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: javax.resource.ResourceException: Message cannot be delivered: iaik.security.ssl.SSLException: Peer sent alert: Alert Fatal: insufficient security

In the XPI Inspector traces for this AS2 receiver channel you can see similar entries:
