Each time initial synchronization or delta synchronization is performed, duplicate records are added to 'ctUser' table

Duplicate records are being added from group USER_PARAMETER and have names:

  • PartnerFunction
  • PlannerGroup
  • PlanningPlant
  • WorkCenter
