2567129 - Accessing BPC folders slow in EPM add-in

In EPM add-in, when clicking on "Open Server", it can take very long before the selection box appears

On one click, it can be instant and then within the same session, clicking can take 10+ seconds

In the EPM perf logs, you will see the same call with different response times
