2567129 - Slow access to Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) folders from EPM add-in

• In EPM add-in, when clicking on "Open Server", it can take very long before the selection box appears. 
• On one click, it can be instant and then within the same session, clicking can take 10+ seconds. 

• In the EPM perf logs, the same call with different response times appear:
