2567134 - SDS not accepting Client request and SWS becomes unavailable - SAP HANA Streaming

Symptom

SWS (Streaming Web Service) becomes unavailable and clients see connection refused errors when trying to connect.
The following exception occurs in custom adapter "rtparseadapter" logs:
