2567176 - Rate # courses button does not appear

The pod for Rate Courses shows incorrect number or does not appear. Upon opening the Learning History, the User can see more courses to rate than shown in the pod/button.

SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)

1. User record completion for an item with Enable User Rating set to Yes;
2. Go to User Landing Page;
3. The item does not appear when clicking in the "Rate # courses" pod.

The item to be rated will appear in the pod if the "Enable Rating" setting was set to "Yes" in the Item prior to the User Completion. Another reason for the item to not appear in the pod are if the User already rated it (even if the User cleared it afterwards) or if the User dismissed the rating in the "Dismiss" button upon clicking in the pod.
