Symptom

In Solman_Setup Transaction -> Basic Configuration -> Configure Ca Introscope

You see the following Error :

Offline - The EM Connection cannot be established (caused by :com.sap.smd.introscope.em.IntroscopeException: unsupported EM version 9560 for EM xxxx@6001_)
