data and log segments sizes are messed up
- From sp_helpdb data and log are interspersed and separated, but sizes are like 0.5 MB, 9.5 MB, 1.0 etc...
- Would like to fix log allocations to one device slice.
- Would like to fix data allocations to fewer device slices and have even sizes without .5 MB sizes.
