How to rename portlets when PP3 UI is enabled?

In PP3 UI, since changes to the portlet names in Manage Business Configuration doesn't reflect in the employee's page. In order to rename a field, you need to navigate to Admin Center > Configure People Profile. Once you click on the portlet, you'll find the option to change the name:

Note: In V12 UI, the Portlet names can be renamed via the Manage Business Configuration.
