2567752 - Data Flow Verification Result Difference in Unposted Business Transaction

Symptom

You notice a Data Flow Verification Result Difference or an Error in the Application and User Management Work Center related for example to an unposted Business Transaction.

Environment

All ByDesign Versions, Silverlight as well as HTML5.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Application and User Management Work Center.
  2. Switch to the Data Flow Verification Results View.

You can see several Result ID´s with Status Open and you can see some Errors / Differences. You expect these Errors / Differences solved and the Status is to be closed.

Cause

This is due to inconsistencies or low Memory during the Data Flow Verification Runs of the system.

Resolution

  1. Go to the Application and User Management Work Center.
  2. Switch to the Data Flow Verification Results View.
  3. Highlight the Result ID with Errors / Differences.
  4. Click the Start Document Synchronization Button.
  5. Press Start Repeat Check.

You now notice that the Errors / Differences are gone and you can press now the button Change Status to Closed to finish the task.
