2567768 - /sap/opu/utils/initial_logon service not works for changing initial password if icf/reject_expired_passwd profile = 1

The service /sap/opu/utils/initial_logon not works for Changing Password for Initial Logon, if the icf/reject_expired_passwd profile parameter was set to 1.

Instead of a new page, where the current (initial) password and the new password twice shall be entered, the logon is not possible after entering the user name and the initial password.
An error message displayed during System Logon: Client, name, or password is not correct; log on again.
