2567887 - Adding Competencies to the Goal Plan - Goal Management

Is it possible to add/code competencies or a competency field to a Goal Plan?

Currently, adding configuring competencies in a goal plan (TGM) is not supported.

This integration was intended for the Career Development Plan (CDP) and should not be used in the Goal Plan, since it is not as designed by the system.

As the TGM and CDP plans share the same DTD, it may be possible to configure the competencies to be added, however any issues that arise from this configuration will not be supported.

Further to this, it will not be possible to report on the competencies within the Goal Management domain in Report Center.

This configuration is not listed in our Implementation Guide for Goal Management, and trying to code configurations outside of the Implementation Guide or any Official SAP documentation it is considered a customization of the product and it is not supported by SAP.
