2568318 - Service Documents not generated in Data Volume Management Workcenter in SAP Solution Manager 7.2

Symptom

  • The Automated Self Service documents in the Data Volume Management workcenter are showing as status NEW and the reports are not been generated

  • The Job "AGSDVMAS_CONTROL" has the following log message containing the following information for the affected system

    "No DVM attributes"
    "No intersection found between Self-Service Objects and fetching objects for xxx and processing mode : EWA setting"
