2568362 - ASSERTION_FAILED CL_FDT_ADMIN_DATA when importing request via SCC1.

Symptom

When trying to import a Transport Request containing BRF+ objects via SCC1, the following DUMP is generated:

Category ABAP programming error
Runtime Errors ASSERTION_FAILED
ABAP Program CL_FDT_ADMIN_DATA=============CP
Application Component BC-SRV-BR

The assert condition in line 88 of method LOAD_BUFFER_DB was violated.
