2568517 - Item was assigned via Assignment Profile without being part of any Assignment Profile

In the User details page, its showing an Item OR Curriculum was assigned to a user via Assignment Profile. But the user is not a part of any Assignment Profile that would assign this item/curriculum.

The Assignment Profile that assigned the item/curricula was deleted, which is why it's not possible to identify the Assignment Profile that assigned it.

Request the user to complete this item so that it goes from the User details page

OR 

Click on three dots of the item and remove it from the Users Learning Plan
