2568731 - Error While Accessing the First Implementation Project

Symptom

As an Initial User, your requirement is to configure the system, but you are unable to access the First Implementation project due to the error:

Project First Implementation Locked by User SAP_INITUSER

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Business Configuration work center
  2. Go to Implementation Projects view
  3. Select the First Implementation project
  4. Select Edit Project Scope or Open Activity List button
  5. System throws error

Cause

You may have accessed the First Implementation project in another session due to which the project appears locked.

Resolution

The issue may be temporary where the user locks would be removed automatically from the system within 60 minutes.

You may close the sessions and access the First Implementation project.
